Please join the congregation and staff of First UMC of Kalamazoo in prayers of sympathy and love for Jane and Doug Vernon on the death of Janes mother, Jean Boughner. Jean died November 4 at 5:30 p.m. in Pennsylvania. Jane traveled from Michigan yesterday and arrived about 15 minutes prior to her mothers death. Jane was able to hug her mother and say goodbye, a great blessing to both of them. Jeans funeral will be Monday, November 9, at Mt. Vernon Presbyterian Church in McKeesport, PA.
