From Carolin Spragg, pastor at Fremont UMC: I am grateful for all the warm greetings and prayers that have been offered as I have traveled this road with breast cancer. Surgery was very successful and the final pathology report today confirmed that the decision for a double mastectomy turned out to have been the best decision. Cancer was found in both the right and left side (though biopsies only showed right). No cancer in the lymphatic system mostly likely means no further treatment will be needed. I give thanks to God as I continue on this journey of growth, healing and discovery.
